Services
Adult Therapy
We offer thorough assessment and diagnosis of a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Our clinicians use evidence-based treatments—such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy—to support recovery and improve quality of life. Treatment is tailored to each individual’s needs, with a focus on building insight, developing coping strategies, and fostering long-term wellbeing.
Child & Adolescent Therapy
We offer therapy for children and adolescents to support their emotional wellbeing, social development, and mental health. Using evidence-based approaches tailored to each young person’s needs, we help with issues such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and behavioural challenges. Therapy may involve play-based techniques, cognitive-behavioural strategies, and collaboration with parents or schools to support lasting change in a safe and supportive environment.
Educational Assessment
We provide psychoeducational assessments to identify learning strengths and challenges in areas such as reading, writing, math, memory, and attention. These assessments combine cognitive testing with academic achievement measures to understand how a person learns and where support may be needed. They are commonly used to diagnose learning disorders, ADHD, or intellectual difficulties, and to inform educational planning, school accommodations, or NDIS and other support applications.
Autism Assessment
We conduct comprehensive autism assessments for individuals across the lifespan to explore social communication, behaviour, and sensory processing differences. Our assessments involve clinical interviews, standardised tools (such as the ADOS-2), and input from caregivers or teachers to ensure a holistic understanding. The results support accurate diagnosis, guide intervention planning, and can be used to access services such as NDIS and educational supports.
ADHD Assessment
We offer thorough ADHD assessments for children, adolescents, and adults to explore attention, impulsivity, and executive functioning challenges. Our process includes clinical interviews, behavioural questionnaires, and cognitive testing to provide an accurate diagnosis and tailored recommendations. These assessments help clarify whether ADHD is present and guide appropriate supports, interventions, or applications for educational and NDIS funding where relevant.
Functional Assessment
We provide comprehensive functional assessments to evaluate an individual’s ability to carry out everyday activities across key life domains such as communication, self-care, social skills, and community participation. These assessments help identify strengths and areas of need, and are often used to support applications for services such as NDIS funding. Using tools like the ABAS-3, our assessments offer a clear understanding of how a person’s condition impacts their daily functioning and support requirements.
